OFFICIAL NOTICE: AUTHORIZED FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

NEW YORK - August 2, 2026 - The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) issues this official advisory to all international sponsors, broadcasters, partners, host countries, vendors and stakeholders worldwide.

To maintain the highest standards of financial security, transparency and operational efficiency, all global transactions must be processed exclusively through MUO's authorized corporate banking channel.

Please note that there have been no recent changes to the Organization's official banking arrangements.

For the avoidance of doubt, the account identified above remains the sole official bank account authorized by the Miss Universe Organization for global transactions.

All parties are strongly advised to verify payment instructions carefully and disregard any request directing funds to an alternative account. Financial instructions should be verified only through the following official MUO email address:

Effective immediately, any party transferring funds to a bank account other than the official account specified above does so entirely at its own risk. The Miss Universe Organization shall not be responsible for any loss, delay or other issue arising from payments made to an unauthorized bank account. Any such transaction shall remain the sole responsibility of the party initiating the transfer.

Franchise Operations

Franchise-related operations continue under the existing structures of:

• Miss Universe Eastern
• Miss Universe Western

There have been no changes to these established franchise structures.
