It is still not too late to register for the 2025 FIATA World Congress!
Hanoi in early October offers warm, humid conditions as the city shifts from the rainy season to a drier period. Daytime temperatures average around 30°C, with night-time lows near 23°C. Short showers are still possible, especially in the afternoons. Sunrise is at about 5:45, with sunset around 18:00.
Most indoor venues, including the National Convention Center (NCC) and official hotels, are air-conditioned, with temperatures typically between 18-22°C. A light jacket, blazer, or scarf may be useful indoors.
Venue: Getting Around with Shuttles
The National Convention Center (NCC) is equipped with a range of facilities designed to ensure comfort and convenience for participants. A Room 202A (Floor 2) will be the prayer room, for those who wish to use it. Clear signage and support staff will be on hand to assist with directions within the complex.

As you prepare for the 2025 FIATA World Congress in Hanoi, we are pleased to share guidance on the dress code for the different occasions.
Business attire will be expected throughout the Congress, including the Welcome Reception, which will take place immediately after sessions on 7 October 2025, in the National Convention Center. For Vietnam Night on Wednesday 8 October, participants are encouraged to wear their national attire in celebration of cultural identity and diversity. The Gala Dinner will conclude the Congress in an elegant setting, with black tie as the recommended attire.
