As an IT Desktop Technician, Cole is often the first person that associates turn to when they need help, and he consistently goes above and beyond to support them. Cole handles everything from taking calls after hours, to returning to the office to assist with a ticket, to helping a coworker troubleshoot an issue. He is always willing to lend a hand.

Cole's approach to supporting others is just as appreciated as the technical expertise he provides. Even when he has a full workload, Cole remains approachable and patient, taking the time to help find a fix. His enthusiasm for his work comes through in everything he does.

As a member of the IT team, Cole's impact extends beyond his immediate colleagues. Associates across the company know they can depend on him. His ability to work across departments extends his impact beyond the IT Room and into the entire organization. His willingness to help, positive attitude, and commitment to finding solutions make him a valued resource throughout BPG.
