December Lean Hogs futures posted gains despite increased average weights.

December Lean Hogs futures closed marginally higher after a lower open. Average hog weights are up slightly from last week and significantly from last year. Weekly export sales rebounded by 27% from the previous week, but were still down 14% from the four-week average.
