As Firm Continues to Grow its Transactional Capabilities
Fried Frank announced today that Stephen B. Amdur has joined the firm as an M&A and private equity partner in New York. He brings deep transactional experience to the firm's M&A and Private Equity Practice.

Stephen previously served as the leader of a global M&A and private equity practice at a leading law firm. He counsels clients, including public and private companies and private equity and venture capital investment funds, on a broad range of complex, cross-border transactions. His experience spans various industries aligned with Fried Frank's advisory offerings, including technology, financial services, life sciences, media, sports, retail, energy, telecommunications and manufacturing.
