On September 19, Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania H.E. Chen Mingjian attended the Signing Ceremony for the Implementation Agreement of the New Campus Project of Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute of Tanzania to be Aided by China. Hon. Dr. Grace Magembe, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health of Tanzania, the 28th Chinese Medical Team to Tanzania participated in the event. Ambassador Chen Mingjian also donated a batch of medical supplies to the Tanzanian side.
