CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2025-00026697 de 07 de agosto de 2025, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía AGRICOMINSA, AGRICOLA COMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL S.A. (AGRICOMINSA) cuya oferta pública de la PRIMERA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue aprobada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2020-00002564 del 10 de marzo de 2020 por el monto de hasta USD $4'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general y específica, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
