8:00pm Jack-O-Lantern Jaunt
The forest is alight with Halloween spirit! Join us for an easy 3/4 mile walk as we follow the pumpkin glow and enjoy tasty treats while you hike! Meet at Poplar Grove Shelter.

October 11

All Day Bat Quest
See how many bats you can find throughout the pages of our StoryWalk! Our StoryWalk is located on the easy side of Red Springs Loop. The trail is rated easy and is 1-mile in length. Once you have counted the bats, head back to our Camp Store. If you have the correct number, you'll receive a prize!

11:00am Spooktacular Cornhole Tournament
Register your team at the Camp Store beginning Friday, October 10th. Your team must be registered and checked in by 10:45 am at Poplar Grove Shelter. The tournament will begin promptly at 11 am. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive free camping!

2:00pm Costume Contest
Show off your wicked or whimsical costume during this fun event! Our contest is open to all ages and 4-legged friends too! Join us at the Playground in Loop B of the Campground.

4:00-6:00pm Trick-or-Treating!
Campers, please have your outside lights on so trick-or-treaters will know to stop. *Campground roads will be closed to vehicles during this time for children to trick-or-treat safely.

6:30pm Spinetingling Spiders
Join us at Poplar Grove Shelter to learn more about this often-misunderstood creature.

6:30-10p Old-Fashioned Hayrides
Stop by the Camp Store to sign up for an old-fashioned hayride! Hayrides run from 6:30 pm to 10 pm and are $5 per passenger. Sign-ups begin at 8 am on Saturday morning.

7:30pm Ghoulish Gathering
Test your spooky knowledge during a fearfully fun game of Halloween Jeopardy! Join us at the Camp Store for this chilling good time and be prepared for a fright.
