Make a splash during pools' summer seasons

Get ready to dip your toes at two swimming pools and a splash pad when they open Memorial Day weekend for their summer seasons.

Pre-season. The pools will operate on Saturdays and Sundays, May 23-25 (including the Monday holiday), May 30-31 and June 6-7.

Season. The full summer season runs June 9-Aug. 9 (closed Mondays).

Post-season: Weekends only Aug. 15-16, Aug. 22-23, Aug. 29-30 and Sept. 5-7 (including the Monday holiday).

Hours are noon to 6 p.m.

Choose from these fun options:

  • Forest Park Pool, 2850 Park Place.
  • Marine Park Aquatic Center, 303 N.W. 20th St.
  • Sycamore Spray Ground, Sycamore Community Center, 2525 E. Rosedale St.

Thanks to a partnership between the City of Fort Worth and the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, residents can also enjoy seasonal access to the Eastside and McDonald YMCA outdoor pools. This collaboration provides Fort Worth residents with open swim and swim lessons at the same affordable rates offered at City-operated aquatic facilities.
