Milling and Resurfacing on Route 109 in New Milford

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that milling and resurfacing will be performed on Route 109 in New Milford (Route 202 to Washington Town Line). This project is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 16 and be completed on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
