Ballenger Creek Pike – Signal Out at Corporate Drive

FREDERICK, MD - The Frederick County Traffic and Permit Section announced today that the traffic signal at the intersection of Ballenger Creek Pike and Corporate Drive was damaged today during a construction project.

The signal is currently non-functional and the intersection should be treated as an all-way stop. Temporary stop signs have been deployed on all legs of the intersection.

In accordance with Maryland driving law, at all intersections controlled with an all-way stop, the vehicle that arrives first may proceed through the intersection after coming to a stop at the stop sign. If more than one vehicle arrives at the stop signs at approximately the same time, the motorist must yield to the vehicle to the right.
