The City has officially launched its Parks & Recreation Master Plan project, aiming to create a cohesive vision for the future of Eudora's parks. This Master Plan will guide the development, maintenance, and placement of parks to ensure they're accessible, well-maintained, and aligned with the community's evolving needs. By participating in this planning process, you help the City prioritize resources and funding for park improvements, supporting sustainable and resilient green spaces across Eudora.
This plan will offer recommendations based on a thorough analysis of current parks and future needs, with community and stakeholder feedback at the heart of each decision. Public input is an essential component of the development of the Parks & Rec Master Plan, and all residents and park users are invited to participate by filling out the project survey. Through this approach, the Master Plan will serve as a roadmap for developing and maintaining Eudora's green spaces in a way that reflects and integrates the community's long-term vision.
Details about the development of the Parks & Rec Master Plan and the community survey can be found on the 2025 Parks & Recreation Master Plan page.
