STOW, Ohio, Feb. 4, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 4246 Hudson Drive, a 43,248-square-foot industrial property in Stow, Ohio, for $3.8 million.
"This sale-leaseback allowed the seller to unlock capital to reinvest back into their business through a 10-year lease while maintaining operations at the facility," said Alex Gallicho, associate investments. "This transaction underscores the strong demand and solid fundamentals of the Northeast Ohio industrial market."
Gallicho and Peter Doughty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Downtown office, in association with Michael Glass, Marcus & Millichap's Ohio broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
Situated on approximately 4.2 acres, the building includes seven external docks, two drive-in doors and a 20-foot clear height. Originally built in 1999, with a warehouse expansion in 2008, the facility serves as the corporate headquarters for Printing Concepts, a leading Northeast Ohio commercial printer with more than 30 years in business.
