Gallicho and Peter Doughty, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Downtown office, in association with Michael Glass, Marcus & Millichap's Ohio broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
Situated on approximately 4.2 acres, the building includes seven external docks, two drive-in doors and a 20-foot clear height. Originally built in 1999, with a warehouse expansion in 2008, the facility serves as the corporate headquarters for Printing Concepts, a leading Northeast Ohio commercial printer with more than 30 years in business.
