BOSTON - Jan. 22, 2026 -Greenberg Traurig, LLP Associate Natalie Gallego was selected as one of the "Top Lawyers Under 40" by the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA). The award was given to 28 legal professionals whose leadership, excellence, and impact are shaping the future of the legal profession, according to the HNBA Awards Committee.
A member of the HNBA since her first year at Northeastern University School of Law, Gallego has continued supporting the organization throughout her career with Greenberg Traurig's Boston office. She serves as a Deputy Governor for Region I of the HNBA, representing Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, and also serves as the Region I Representative on the Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the HNBA. She has mentored younger lawyers, visited law school campuses on behalf of HNBA, and helped to organize numerous HNBA events throughout Region I and across the country.
Gallego also is an active member of SomosGT, Greenberg Traurig's Latino Affinity Group. In April, she moderated a "Leveraging Latinidad" panel discussion hosted at the firm's Boston office. She has taken an active role in the HNBA and SomosGT with the goal of providing the same mentorship and guidance she received from the HNBA during her law school years for the next generation of law students and young lawyers.
Gallego is part of the firm's Corporate Practice, where she handles mergers and acquisitions, primarily the acquisitions and financing of renewable energy projects, as well as tax credit transfer transactions. She also works on company and venture capital matters, debt and equity financings, commercial transactions, and general corporate governance matters.
