Governor Ron DeSantis Appoints Two to the Eastern Florida State College District Board of Trustees

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Kristine Zonka and the reappointment of Ronald Howse to the Eastern Florida State College District Board of Trustees.
Kristine Zonka, DNP
Zonka is the Administrator and Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Brevard County. Active in her community, she is a member of the Space Coast Health Foundation and the Health Council of East Central Florida Board and was previously elected as a Brevard County Commissioner. Zonka earned her associate's degree in nursing from Keiser University and her master's degree and her doctorate in nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University.
Ronald Howse
Howse is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Real Deal Development Group and the Principal of Howseco, LLC. Active in his community, he serves on the Florida Transportation Commission and the St. Johns River Water Management District. Howse earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Central Florida.
These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
