Evans Center Request for Applications

The City of Palm Bay invites eligible organizations to submit applications for the Evans Center Request for Applications (14-RFA-26), an opportunity to operate community-focused programs or services that provide a measurable public benefit. The property, located at 1361 Florida Avenue NE, Palm Bay, offers a unique setting for initiatives that strengthen neighborhood engagement, expand access to services, and enhance quality of life for residents.

The RFA will be released on November 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM, with a non-mandatory site walkthrough scheduled for November 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM, and a deadline for questions on November 28, 2025. Completed applications must be submitted electronically through the City's Bonfire procurement portal no later than December 5, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
