Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Ma Shengkun Visits Ukraine’s Zakarpattia Oblast
On May 13-14, 2026, Ambassador Ma Shengkun visited Zakarpattia Oblast in Ukraine, where he conducted meetings with Governor Myroslav Biletskyi and Uzhhorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on China-Ukraine relations, economic and trade cooperation, agriculture, industrial parks, and cultural and educational cooperation.
Ambassador Ma Shengkun also visited Uzhhorod National University, where he delivered a lecture to students majoring in international relations and other fields on the theme of "Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind."
