Honigman represented Rapid Financial Services, a Bethesda, Maryland-based specialty financial services company and Rockbridge Growth Equity portfolio company in a $130 million issuance of five classes of Series 2025-1 Asset-Backed expandable term notes. Rapid Financial Services provides working capital to small and mid-sized businesses.

The transaction represents the second series of notes issued by RFS Asset Securitization V, LLC and the seventh notes issuance sponsored by Rapid Financial Services.
