Press releases | February 12, 2026

Fried Frank advised Brigade Capital Management in connection with the formation of Brigade Private Credit Solutions Fund, which raised over $1 billion of investable capital, including leverage. The fund's investment objective is to generate current income and realize capital appreciation primarily through acquiring, on a secondary basis, senior secured loans made to, and secured bonds of, lower middle-market and middle-market sponsor-owned borrowers, as well as borrowers that are entrepreneur-backed, founder/family-owned or otherwise not owned by a sponsor (including public companies), in each case primarily based in the United States.

The Fried Frank team was led by corporate partner Arinze N. Onugha.
