FORT COLLINS, Colo. - The City of Fort Collins will close South Timberline Road from East Mulberry Street (State Highway 14) to East Prospect Road between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27 and Sunday, Sept. 28, weather permitting, to allow crews to complete crack sealing on the roadway.
Drivers should be aware of the closure and follow the posted detours; drivers should use Lemay Avenue or the I-25 Frontage Road to connect between Mulberry and Prospect during the closure.
Sidewalks along Timberline will remain open during the closure for pedestrians, including the connection to the Poudre Trail on the east side of Timberline near the Cache La Poudre River crossing.
This asphalt maintenance is a part of the City of Fort Collins Street Maintenance Program.
Work Zone Information
Working hours for this project are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., however work may occur outside these times if needed. Alternate routes are suggested to avoid the construction zone.
