Initial Report: Train Derailment near Bay, AR (Thayer South Subdivision)

On Wednesday April 2, 2025 at approximately 6:50 p.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Bay, AR which has affected the main track. Bay, AR is approximately 11 miles southeast from Jonesboro, AR. BNSF personnel are responding to assess the affected area.
The estimated time for opening the main track has not been determined at this time.
