LNC Partners III-SBIC, L.P Receives SBA Approval to Increase Leverage Capacity by $75 Million

Arlington, VA (September 29, 2026) - LNC Partners III-SBIC, L.P. ("Fund") has received approval from the U.S. Small Business Administration ("SBA") to increase its available SBA leverage capacity by $75 million. The approval increases the Fund's total investable capital from $325 million to $400 million.

The Fund closed in 2025 with $150 million of private capital and access to up to $175 million of SBA leverage. Following the enactment of the Investing in All of America Act, which increased the statutory leverage cap for standard debenture SBICs to $250 million per fund, the SBA approved the Fund's request to access up to $250 million of SBA leverage.

The additional leverage enhances the Fund's ability to pursue its flexible-capital strategy across a broader range of lower-middle-market investments.
