UNM Anderson School of Management celebrated the 37th Hall of Fame on Feb. 19 and inducted three new Hall of Fame Honorees and two Young Alumni honorees at the Anderson Abruzzo International Balloon Museum. Anderson recognized the recipient's professional accomplishments with a dinner surrounded by their friends, family, and colleagues.
Hall of Fame has been an established tradition for Anderson going back to 1990. Each year, school leadership selects alumni from around the country who have excelled within their careers, made significant impacts to their community, and show an ongoing commitment to education. The 2026 Hall of Fame honorees exemplify these qualities and the unique paths of Anderson alumni.
During the event, honorees were introduced by Anderson Dean Alina Chircu and highlighted through brief videos. These videos emphasized the recipient's careers and their leadership advice.
Robin Divine, President and CEO of TriCore, began her journey in healthcare as a teenager, working in her father's pediatric office where she organized charts and supported the staff. Through this experience, she developed a deep appreciation for the value of every role within an organization. Today, she prioritizes building trust one interaction at a time and believes that effective leadership is rooted in listening and genuine curiosity.
Greg Foltz, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial, grew up watching his father work hard as an entrepreneur who owned several restaurants. From an early age, Greg learned to take pride in what you build and to treat people the way you want to be treated. These values have guided him in his personal and professional life and has ultimately led to his success as a leader today.
Tracy Utterback, Director of Finance, and Integration at Granite Construction draws inspiration from his father's discipline and strong work ethic - values that continue to shape how he works and thinks today. He is motivated by change and believes it should be embraced as a catalyst for growth. Each new opportunity has introduced him to new people and perspectives, reinforcing his belief that learning and personal development are lifelong pursuits.
During the event, Anderson also honored two Young Alumni Award recipients. This honor is awarded to alumni under 40 who are making outstanding contributions to their professions and communities.
Kalin Baca, CEO of Icorium Engineering Company, discovered her calling when she began to see business and engineering not as separate disciplines, but as partners in innovation and impact. Today, she leads a company in developing solutions to some of our most pressing environmental challenges. Guided by the belief that people come first, Kalin prioritizes building environments where individuals can grow and thrive.
Kendra Gries, Owner of Kendra Gries Agency - State Farm Insurance, was introduced to the insurance industry by her mother, who showed her that leadership and motherhood can go hand in hand. Kendra leads a team of 24 employees, creating a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and a genuine care for people. She believes that strong businesses are built through thoughtful preparation, disciplined execution, and doing the right thing - especially when no one is watching.
