LG Energy Solution Wroclaw is dedicated to partnering with leading universities in the region to nurture future talent and strengthen local innovation ecosystems. In late January, LG Energy Solution Wroclaw employees delivered lectures for Korean philology students, addressing recruitment, career preparation, and what translation work looks like inside large international organizations.

"The lecture I delivered focused on preparing for the recruitment process - from searching for job postings and writing a CV, through interviews, to starting work at a company," said Magdalena Pawlowska-Kinas, Senior HR Specialist at LG Energy Solution Wroclaw. "I was able to walk students through the entire process and share practical tips to help them gain confidence as they begin their careers."

Following the lecture, employees of the Translation Part at LG Energy Solution Wroclaw led a workshop to introduce the department's structure and explain the skills necessary to support both office and production operations. Students actively participated in translation exercises based on business scenarios, demonstrating strong engagement throughout the session.

"Today's business needs translators who are not only strong linguists, but who are also culturally aware and knowledgeable about how companies operate," said Agnieszka Szamborska, Translation Part Manager at LG Energy Solution Wroclaw. "We want students to better understand what working in a real corporate environment truly requires."

The university also expressed appreciation for the company's involvement, highlighting growing interest in the program and the value of integrating academic learning with industry practice.

"Korean philology is our jewel in the crown," said Dr. Daniel Dzienisiewicz, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Ethnolinguistics for Organizational Affairs and International Cooperation and Assistant Professor in the Department of Infolinguistics at Adam Mickiewicz University. "This academic year, 14 candidates applied for each available place, which makes us very proud. We sincerely thank the initiators and organizers of these lectures."

Alongside its collaboration with Adam Mickiewicz University, LG Energy Solution Wroclaw is also strengthening ties with the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (WUE), further expanding its efforts to build industry-academia relationships.

The partnership is designed to bring academic learning closer to real business practice. Joint educational programs, guest lectures, internships, and collaborative research initiatives offer opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience and industry insight.

Recently, Grzegorz Plonka, Quality Manager at LG Energy Solution Wroclaw, held a lecture at the university, diving into how internal audits improve quality within large manufacturing organizations. The session presented students with a practical perspective on how quality systems operate in real business environments. "We want to share our knowledge with students and demonstrate how the auditing process works in practice through examples from our day-to-day work," Plonka said.

"What is taught as theory no longer remains abstract," said Dr. Mirosława Teleszko, Professor in the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. "The Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and LG Energy Solution Wroclaw share a common goal of preparing young talents to become real-world professionals. Together, we build a bridge between what students know and what they are capable of."

By connecting academic knowledge with industry application, the collaboration helps students develop skills aligned with workplace expectations and evolving market needs.

These university partnerships play a key role in LG Energy Solution Wroclaw's regional talent and innovation efforts. Working closely with academic institutions, the company supports students as they transition from the classroom into professional settings.

Looking ahead, LG Energy Solution Wroclaw will continue to invest in education, research, and hands-on learning opportunities, empowering local talent and contributing to a vibrant innovation ecosystem across the region.
