TAMPA, FL. (July 23, 2026) - - Tampa Police is conducting a death investigation on the 9400 block of Hunters Pond Dr.
At around 12:04 p.m., officers were attempting to locate a person of interest, an adult male, in an unrelated case, when officers observed indicators that were consistent with a death inside the residence.
Once inside, officers located two subjects, an adult female and the person of interest, who were beyond resuscitative efforts. Both subjects were pronounced deceased on scene.
Based on the preliminary investigation, the deaths appear to be related.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
