Vallen Distribution Announces Joyce Lansdale as Vice President of Marketing

BELMONT, N.C., April 1, 2026 - Vallen Distribution, a global leader in optimized indirect industrial supply chain solutions, has named Joyce Lansdale as Vice President of Marketing.

In this role, Lansdale will lead Vallen's marketing organization, overseeing strategic supplier programs, metalworking solutions, and marketing initiatives that support continued market growth. She will also work closely across business development and commercial teams to strengthen alignment and accelerate performance across the business.

Lansdale brings an extraordinary 25-year career with Vallen to this role, having held a range of senior sales leadership positions including Regional Vice President (Hagemeyer), Vice President of National Accounts, Vice President of Industrial Sales, and most recently Vice President of Enterprise Business Development. Many of the programs and processes that define the Vallen ecosystem today were built under Lansdale's leadership, including Vallen's National Account QBR process and automation, Value Plus and cost savings frameworks, customer contract pricing strategies, and Market Trends reporting.

Beyond her commercial impact, Lansdale is a co-founder of VICKIE, Vallen's first employee resource group dedicated to supporting women's career development. The success of VICKIE directly inspired the creation of two additional ERGs - BERG, supporting Vallen's Black employees, and SALUTE, supporting Vallen's veteran employees - an achievement recognized with the Industrial Supply Association's Innovation Impact Award in 2023.

Lansdale currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the ISA Board of Directors, having served in progressively senior board roles since her appointment in 2015, culminating in her election as Chair in 2024. She was honored with Modern Distribution Management's Women in Distribution Award in 2021 and was featured on the cover of Industrial Supply Magazine in March 2024.
