Don't wait to add that extra class to your Spring Schedule. It's time to enroll in a Spring 2^nd 8-week session that starts on April 14. Check the LAVC Class Schedule for our list of open Spring Late Start Class, and then enroll online through the myCollege.laccd.edu Portal.

Spring Break 2025

April 7-13, 2025

LAVC Spring Break begins on Monday, April 7 and ends on Sunday, April 13. During Spring Break, classes are not in session and offices have special Spring Break hours of operation. Day and evening classes resume and 2nd 8-week classes start on Monday, April 14, 2025. Saturday classes resume on Saturday, April 19, 2025.

During Spring Break (April 7-13),assistance is available Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.:

SoCal Gas Scholarship for Environmental Change up to $5,000

In participation with SoCal Gas, the LAVC Foundation will award up to 5 scholarship winners. View scholarship flyer. All majors and students enrolled with at least 6 units for Spring 2025 are eligible. Apply by April 14, 2025 using the myCollege.laccd.edu Student Portal.

It's Time to Vote for LAVC in the Daily News Readers' Choice Awards

Show off your school pride! Let everyone know that YOU go to the Best Community College by voting for "Los Angeles Valley College" in the 2025 Daily News Readers' Choice Awards. To make your vote count, make sure that you vote in at least 5 different categories AND complete the online registration form at the end of the ballot. Voting ends on April 27, 2025. Anyone can vote, so ask your friends and family to vote online today!

The Fall 2025 Schedule will be available online on Monday, April 14 on the Class Schedule. You will be able to register starting on your assigned enrollment date.

ASU Campus Clean Up

Thursday, April 17 from 1-2:30 p.m. at the Student Union Plaza

Join ASU in giving back to our campus! Help us clean up the campus and take pride in keeping LAVC looking great. Gloves and supplies will be provided. Bring your friends and make a difference, every helping hand counts! Pizza will be provided.

Summer & Fall 2025 Priority Registration Begins

April 21, 2025

To find your Summer/Fall 2025 enrollment date, continuing students should check the mycollege.laccd.edu Student Portal on or after April 18, 2025.

ASU Puppy Therapy

Monday, April 21 from 2:30-4 p.m. in the Student Union Plaza

Need a break? Come hang out with friendly therapy dogs! Stop by to relax, feel good, and enjoy some puppy love. Everyone is welcome!
