On August 7, 2026, Royal Oak acquired a 30,861 SF warehouse/office facility situated on approximately 10.02 acres in Columbus, OH. The property is leased to JWD Group, Inc. ("Danforth") and will serve as an expansion location for the growing company.
Danforth has been a Royal Oak tenant since 2021 and is one of the largest mechanical contractors in the northeastern United States. In November 2025, Danforth was acquired by EMCOR Group, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company with more than $16 billion in annual revenue and one of the largest specialty construction and facilities services companies in the U.S., providing the mechanical and electrical systems that allow commercial, industrial, institutional, and government buildings to operate. Danforth now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary within EMCOR's mechanical construction services segment.
