ShopBack, Asia-Pacific's leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform, has deepened its partnership with Visa, strengthening how it creates value for merchants and consumers across online and in-store journeys.
The move expands ShopBack's payment ecosystem in Singapore, building on a long-term collaboration with Visa that now extends across the broader Visa network - bringing rewards to more Visa cardholders across both online and in-store spend, through card-linked offers and ShopBack Pay.
This milestone comes as ShopBack continues to scale its rewards and payments ecosystem across the region. The Group has now rewarded shoppers with over S$1 billion in Cashback globally, and powered S$7 billion in GMV for merchants and brand partners in 2025.
For merchants, the partnership creates greater visibility, access to high-intent demand, and stronger opportunities to drive conversion and repeat spend across digital and physical touchpoints. For consumers, it delivers more seamless and rewarding ways to shop and pay, with added value across participating brands and experiences. In Singapore, ShopBack drove more than 30 million shopper redirects to online merchants and brand partners in 2025.
The move reflects ShopBack's continued commitment to supporting Singapore's digital payments infrastructure in a trusted and interoperable way, building on the company's recent Major Payment Institution licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Through its affiliate platform, card-linked offers, and ShopBack Pay, ShopBack helps merchants engage consumers across the full journey, from online discovery to payment and rewards at checkout.
By linking rewards to both online and in-store spend, ShopBack helps merchants encourage repeat spend and build stronger long-term relationships with consumers.
Across ShopBack's online platform, consumers can enjoy additional rewards through card-linked offers when they pay with their Visa cards at participating merchants. In-store, ShopBack Pay lets consumers choose their preferred way to pay at checkout - including their Visa cards - extending these benefits into physical environments and creating a more seamless rewards experience across channels.
ShopBack's partnership with Visa spans key categories such as F&B, travel, and marketplaces, helping merchants tap into stronger consumer demand across both everyday and higher-intent purchase occasions. That reach also extends into physical environments through ShopBack Pay's in-store network now spans over 20,000 physical outlets in Singapore, with more than 16 million in-store transactions recorded in 2025 - part of a wider regional footprint that now also extends into Hong Kong.
For merchants, this means more opportunities to drive spend across digital and physical touchpoints. For consumers, it means more rewarding and familiar ways to pay across participating merchants and experiences.
