Wyden and Alsobrooks Update Report Chronicling Harmful Actions RFK Jr. Has Taken in Last 365 Days

In an over 70-page report, the Senators detail 365 days of RFK Jr.'s higher costs, chaos, and corruption

Washington, D.C. - Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Senator Angela Alsobrooks, D-Md. today updated a report detailing how in the last 365 days since RFK Jr. took office, RFK Jr. and his cronies have unleashed a constant stream of chaos and harm across the nation.

The Senators released their first iteration of this report in September 2025. They are updating the report to chronicle the actions he has taken since then.

"Since day one, Robert Kennedy has taken a wrecking ball to anything that is standing in the way of his radical agenda to make America sicker and less safe," Senator Wyden said. "The American people deserve to hear about every ounce of destruction that Kennedy has inflicted on their health care system with Donald Trump's blessing."

"One day, we will need to rebuild all that RFK Jr. has destroyed. Ranking Member Wyden and I knew how critical it would be to have a record of all of RFK Jr.'s dangerous actions - not just to continue to alert the American public but to know where to start when we finally get RFK Jr. out of office. RFK Jr. is a danger to our families, and his actions will be felt for generations," said Senator Alsobrooks.
