GAMG Introduces Samwise: Building the Technology Infrastructure to Power Its Next Phase of Growth
Press Release
OTC Disclosure & News Service | 11/05/2026
A proprietary platform for acquisition management, corporate oversight and operational discipline, from first look to closing and beyond.

Rockville, MD - November 5, 2026 - Global Asset Management Group, Inc. (OTCQB: GAMG) today introduced Samwise, its proprietary management and acquisition intelligence platform, an important step in building a scalable, technology-driven asset management company.

As GAMG expands its portfolio of operating businesses, real estate assets and acquisition opportunities, sustainable growth requires more than finding attractive investments. It requires the infrastructure, transparency, and operational discipline to manage them well. Samwise was built to provide exactly that.

One Platform. Complete Visibility. Smarter Execution.

Developed in-house by Steven Horne, GAMG's Chief Growth Officer, Samwise replaces disconnected spreadsheets, email threads, documents and individual reporting with one secure, centralized management environment. Every asset GAMG owns or manages has its own docket: its profile, open problems, action items with owners and target dates, notes and key documents. Every acquisition opportunity moves through defined stages, from first look through term sheet, diligence and closing, and carries its full history with it when it becomes a GAMG asset.

The objective is simple: give GAMG's leadership the information, tools and accountability to make better decisions, move opportunities forward and manage growth efficiently.

Built Around Five Critical Areas

1. Acquisition Pipeline and Due Diligence
Samwise tracks every potential acquisition in one place, with documents, outstanding requirements, responsibilities, and milestones. Diligence runs against GAMG's Master Due Diligence Checklist under a simple principle: verify, do not assume. Key items cannot be marked cleared without recorded evidence of who verified them and against what, and any exception requires a named approver.

2. Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
Operating a public company requires disciplined coordination among executives, legal counsel, accountants, auditors, and transfer agents. Samwise tracks reporting obligations, required documentation, deadlines and responsibilities, giving management clear visibility while supporting the professionals responsible for GAMG's regulatory and reporting requirements.

3. Portfolio and Operating Company Management
Samwise gives GAMG a single view of its operating companies, real estate holdings, and active projects. As the portfolio grows, leadership can monitor priorities, identify operational needs, and coordinate resources across multiple businesses within one corporate structure.

4. Executive Dashboards and Accountability
Instead of spending meetings collecting updates, executives review project status, open tasks, owners and upcoming deadlines on live dashboards, and each officer sees their own action items across every deal on one page. Documents emailed to a single Samwise address are filed automatically to the right deal, and any filed document can be found by typing or simply asking for it, such as "find the executed LOI."

5. Secure, Scalable Infrastructure for Future Acquisitions
Samwise provides a repeatable management framework that extends to each new acquisition, helping integrate new businesses into GAMG's operating structure efficiently. Access is limited to GAMG
personnel and, deal by deal, to the outside advisors working on that deal. Sign-in uses one-time codes; every change is recorded in an audit trail, and the platform installs an app on computers and phones.

Built From Within: Bella Rio's Role

Bella Rio Marketing Agency, one of GAMG's earliest acquisitions, is supporting the implementation of Samwise and its integration into GAMG's internal workflows. Andy Roiniotis, COO, was the first GAMG officer to put Samwise to work, and requests from Andy and the deal team led directly to features such as spoken document search.

The collaboration reflects an important part of GAMG's model: its acquisitions are not only independent holdings. Where appropriate, they contribute capabilities and expertise that strengthen the whole organization.

From Development to Real-World Use

Samwise has moved beyond initial development into executive use and operational rollout. The team is now running acquisition opportunities, operating companies and management information through the platform, as the central resource for leadership meetings, acquisition reviews and ongoing oversight.
Additional functionality and integration will follow.

What Leadership Is Saying

"Samwise reflects how we intend to run GAMG as we grow: with discipline, transparency and accountability. Every officer, every advisor on a deal, and our board can work from the same facts at the same time. That is good governance. It makes us faster, and it is good for our shareholders," said Rich Balles, Chief Executive Officer of GAMG.

"Our business is finding value others miss and then executing it. Execution lives in the details: who owes what, by when, and whether we have actually verified what we were told. Samwise gives everyone at GAMG the same answer to those questions at the same moment, and it lets us take on more opportunities without losing control of any of them," said Steven Horne, Chief Growth Officer.

"When you run an operating business, the hard part is not knowing what needs to happen; it is keeping everyone on the same page while it happens. With Samwise, I open one screen and see what is moving, what is stuck, and who has the ball. Being able to simply ask for a document has already saved our team time," said Andy Roiniotis, Chief Operating Officer.

Why This Matters to Shareholders

As GAMG's acquisition pipeline grows, management's ability to evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, maintain regulatory oversight and integrate businesses becomes increasingly important. Technology alone does not create shareholder value. GAMG believes the disciplined application of technology can help management execute its strategy more effectively and build an organization positioned for sustainable growth.

More acquisitions. More operating capability. Greater coordination. One integrated management platform.
GAMG thanks its shareholders for their continued confidence and support and looks forward to sharing further Samwise developments as the rollout continues.
