Halfway Through 2025 - Progress, Momentum, and What's Ahead
As we turn the page on the first half of 2025, I'm incredibly proud of the progress Grass Valley and #Team GV have made. We've built real momentum across our product lines, expanded our customer base, and deepened our strategic partnerships - all while continuing to innovate at the heart of the media production industry as we Lead the Media Revolution.

The business has grown meaningfully across bookings, revenue, and EBITDA compared to the first half of 2024…a testament to the dedication and execution of our global team. Thanks to our global customer base for your continued trust in GV's leading technology solutions to enable your media operations.

AMPP adoption continues to accelerate, with bookings up over 120% year-over-year. We're seeing strong adoption across existing major media organizations and new marquee customers alike - spanning live production, asset management, and playout. It's a clear validation of our strategy: enabling scalable, flexible, and resilient workflows through virtualization - on-prem or in the cloud - while delivering significant cost savings compared to traditional models.

GV technology has powered nearly every major live event in the first half of the year, from global sports to premium entertainment. Our combined hardware and software solutions continue to be the backbone of live storytelling, and we're seeing that impact grow every day. Many exciting new developments are on the horizon across the GV Media Universe which we look forward to sharing with the industry at IBC in September!

We're also expanding our ecosystem through new and deepening partnerships, including the likes of Daktronics and our venues-based production solutions - to deliver even more value to our customers and help shape the future of live media. There's more to come at IBC, where we'll be showcasing seamless integrations across the GVMU including many exciting new partners joining the AMPP platform.

I've spent much of the first half in market with customers around the world and I plan to continue that pace in the second half. The feedback is clear: our strategy is resonating, and the opportunity ahead is significant both for the industry and Grass Valley!
As always, we have work to do, but the path forward is exciting. We'll remain laser-focused on customer success and moving with increasing urgency as GV once again leads the media technology industry forward.
