MONDAY, March 2
8:15 a.m. - Counties & Commissioners Acting Together (CCAT) All Member Special Meeting
CCAT will host a virtual meeting to discuss CCAT's position on HB-1001 HOME Act.

TUESDAY, March 3
8:00 a.m. - Annual Board of County Commissioners Retreat
The Board will meet with staff to review the leadership priorities and practices, discuss a media policy for the Board of County Commissioners, review the work tracker, develop board goals and priorities for 2026, 2027 and 2028, discuss personnel review process, and the Code Review Team. The all-day retreat will be held at 10 Burnett Court in Durango.

WEDNESDAY, March 4
8:30 a.m. - Board Discussion Time
The Commissioners will meet with staff in the Board Room to discuss various issues.

The Board will virtually attend a presentation from Colorado Succeeds on their plan to fund workforce development.

The Board will virtually attend the CCAT All Member Meeting.

THURSDAY, March 5
9:00 a.m. - Colorado Counties, Inc. (CCI) Steering Committee Meetings
The Board will attend the virtual CCI Steering Committee Meetings.

4:00 p.m. - Commissioner Chat with Matt Salka
Commissioner Matt Salka will host Commissioner Chat in Bayfield from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Residents are encouraged to stop by for an informal chat about county issues or concerns. Commissioner Chat will be held at the Pine River Library, located at 395 Bayfield Center Drive.

FRIDAY, March 6
9:00 a.m. - Colorado Counties, Inc. (CCI) Steering Committee Meeting
The Board will attend the virtual CCI Steering Committee Legislative Briefing.
