New Outdoor Art Series for Adults

This program series is for adults and teens ages 16 and up of all skill levels. We invite you to share in a round table-type learning environment, setting aside time to be creative with others. A different art skill will be the focus of this once-a-month program.

Outdoor Watercolor Painting

For this gathering, we will discuss what we all have in our travel watercolor painting kits and discuss different setups. Participants are encouraged to bring their own materials, however, some basic supplies will be provided for use during the session such as paint, brushes, paper, and table easel. We will start with introductions and group discussions on painting in the outdoors and exploring some basic watercolor techniques. Some time will be dedicated to independent work on either an ongoing project or starting something new.

We will conclude by sharing what we worked on. Simple watercolor supplies will be provided, and we encourage artists to bring their own materials.
