Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of June 30, 2025

The City of Menifee has street project and construction updates to share with the community:

Haun Road at Newport Road Intersection - Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) Project

EMWD will be completing a pothole repair beginning the night of Wednesday, July 2 at 10 p.m. through the morning of Thursday, July 3. Motorists should expect traffic delays during this repair.

Encanto Road near Rouse Road - Legado Development Project

Lennar will be working to relocate the gas line and install future signals along Encanto Road near Rouse Road. Temporary traffic control will be placed. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays during construction through Summer 2025.

Bradley Road - Richmond American Underground Utilities

Richmond American continues signage and striping on Bradley Road from Park Avenue to Salt Creek Wash.Lane closures will be in place with flaggers present as needed through July 2025.

Ethanac Road - Pulte Homes Development Project

Pulte Homes will continue to perform storm drain improvement work on Ethanac Road. Traffic control will be set up and flaggers will be present. Motorists should expect delays. Due to construction delays caused by recent storms, project work is now expected to be completed through the end of July 2025.

Menifee Road - Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) Project

EMWD continues to construct waterlines on Menifee Road between Mapes and Watson Roads. This work is currently taking place outside of the City of Menifee; however, motorists should expect traffic control and possible delays while work is being completed. This work is expected to be completed by the end of July 2025.
