Fatal house fire on Yale Avenue West: C25-274301

The Winnipeg Fire and Paramedic Service previously issued a media release.

Update:

On November 15, 2025, around 7:35 a.m., police responded to a house fire in the 200 block of Yale Avenue West.

An 18-year-old male has succumbed to his injuries.

Investigators from the Major Crimes Unit are continuing the investigation, and no charges have been laid.
