The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is currently experiencing a service disruption that began on October 9, 2026. As a result, the Court is unable to serve notices through the BNC, and ECF users cannot access mailing matrices or mailing labels. Until the outage is resolved, the following websites are also expected to be unavailable:
• bnc.uscourts.gov
• bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov
• notices.uscourts.gov
• National Creditor Registration Service (NCRS) website
The outage does not affect Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs) sent to registered ECF attorneys, trustees, and the United States Trustee.
The Court will continue to accept filings, open cases, and process documents according to standard procedures during the outage. It is unknown when the disruption will be resolved; an update will be provided when more information is available. In the meantime, parties should not rely on the BNC to transmit notices. Parties should themselves provide notification of important or time-sensitive bankruptcy events and check the electronic docket for case updates. Any request for relief based upon the BNC outage should be directed to the judge assigned to the individual case in which relief is sought.
