Help shape city’s future online services

Published February 2 2026

The City of Bellevue is seeking to improve its delivery of online services to the community. From utility payments to community engagement, the city is looking at how digital tools can best meet the needs of community members now and in the future. This project is part of a multiyear effort to transform the ways the city uses technology to serve the community.

To guide this effort, community members are invited to take a short survey about the city's online services. The survey, which will be open through 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 20, is available in multiple languages and will be the first of many community engagement opportunities related to this initiative.

For alternate formats, interpreters or reasonable accommodations, please phone at least 48 hours in advance 425-452-2759 (voice) or email [email protected]. For complaints regarding accommodations, contact the city's ADA, Title VI and Equal Opportunity Officer at 425-452-6168 (voice).
