Cahill's Private Credit Group served as lead counsel to the preferred equity financing sources in connection with Grant Thornton Advisors' acquisition of CBIZ. The $5 billion enterprise value transaction created the fifth-largest U.S. provider of professional services, tax and advisory offerings.
The Cahill team was led by John Papachristos, chair of Cahill's Private Credit Group, partners Andrew Schwartz and Andrew Lee, and associates Maria Vlasie and Gabriella Bloom.
