HAUPPAUGE, NY - Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine announced the recent return of night court on the first and third Wednesday of every month until 7:00 p.m. at the Traffic and Parking Violations Agency (SCTPVA). Those seeking to resolve non-attorney matters can opt to attend a night-time court session prior to their assigned date.

"Traffic court is never a fun experience, but it does not need to be a difficult experience," said Romaine. "The return of night court will help working people settle their tickets without sacrificing time off or inconveniencing themselves."

The new option is stated on all tickets. If you have any questions, please contact SCTPVA at 631-853-3800.
