This contract provides for developing a minimum viable product prototype to support a High-Altitude Balloon Operational Urgency. Deloitte Consulting LLP, Arlington, Virginia, is awarded $61,890,804 for modification P00006 to increase the ceiling available to previously awarded, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract N00189-24-D-Z004. This modification will provide business and technology management services in support of the Navy's Office of Warfighting Advantage Digital Transformation Office. This modification will bring the estimated cumulative value of the total contract from a previously modified value of $97,556,463 to $159,447,267. The original contract included a five-year base ordering period that began in November 2023. There are no options periods. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., and at other Navy facilities within the U.S., however the exact percentage of work at each site is unable to be determined at this time.
