Nashville, Tenn. (August 10, 2026) - Foundry Commercial, a fully integrated real estate services and investment firm, is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Creekside Logistics, a Class-A industrial development in Smyrna, Tennessee, developed and sold in partnership with Principal Asset Management®. The project includes three state-of-the-art warehouse buildings, totaling 371,000 square feet on 43 acres. The transaction marks the seventh transaction between Foundry Commercial and Principal.

On the leasing side, Partner Melissa Alexander, SIOR and Senior Vice President Casey Flannery, CCIM of Foundry's Nashville industrial team brought in a diverse list of tenants, successfully stabilizing the asset to be positioned for a successful sale. Following the transaction, Foundry Commercial has also been retained as property manager for Creekside Logistics, continuing its role in the asset's long-term success.
