On July 16, 2025 at 10:43 a.m., Winnipeg Police responded to a community centre in the 1-99 block of Brazier Street following the report of a man exposing himself near the playground and wading pool area.
East District patrol officers attended and located the suspect still in the area. He was taken into custody, and it was determined he was wanted on three outstanding arrest warrants.
Lee Irwin LEDOUX (52) is charged with an indecent act, failing to comply with his appearance notice (warrant), failure to comply with his undertaking (warrant), and a warrant of committal for failing to keep the peace. He was detained in custody.
