Monument MicroCap Partners, LLC ("Monument"), a Midwest-based private equity firm, announced that its portfolio company, EarthWay Products, LLC ("EarthWay") has merged with Border Concepts, LLC ("Border Concepts", "BCI", or the "Company"). Based in Charlotte, NC, Border Concepts is a designer, manufacturer, importer, and distributor of lawn and garden products serving landscape supply yards, independent garden centers, growers and mass market retailers. The Company offers a broad portfolio including steel landscape edging, decorative wrought iron pieces, decorative pottery, planters, baskets, garden tools, and seasonal décor. Border Concepts operates through a hybrid domestic manufacturing and global sourcing model, supported by a national distribution footprint. The combination brings together complementary product lines and overlapping customer bases to create a broader, one-stop supplier for lawn and garden customers.
