O Presidente da República promulgou o diploma do Governo que, no uso da autorização legislativa concedida pela Lei n.º 9-B/2026, de 6 de março, revê o regime aplicável ao licenciamento de operações urbanísticas e altera o regime jurídico da urbanização e da edificação e o regime jurídico da reabilitação urbana.
