Kirkland & Ellis represented Acuvance, a national healthcare advisory platform backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, on the acquisition of ROI Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of hospital enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and optimization professional services. Through this acquisition, Acuvance will build a dedicated Healthcare ERP practice focused on helping organizations successfully implement and optimize core enterprise systems across finance, supply chain and human capital management, including workforce management solutions.
