Water main break impacts traffic near I-84 Garrity Interchange
NAMPA - A water main break near the Interstate 84 Garrity Interchange (Exit 38) is impacting traffic in Nampa this afternoon. Drivers should use the Franklin Boulevard Interchange (Exit 36) as an alternate route. See impactedareas here.

On Garrity Blvd, all southbound traffic coming from Idaho Center Blvd is being diverted onto the freeway.

Drivers exiting I-84 westbound at the Garrity interchange, can only go north. Drivers cannot turn left from the I-84 westbound offramp.

Drivers exiting I-84 eastbound at the Garrity interchange can only turn left to go north. No southbound traffic is allowed.

Northbound traffic is unaffected.
Crews are currently assessing the situation and working to determine necessary repairs. More information about traffic impacts and repairs will be provided as it becomes available. Motorists should expect delays in the area and check Idaho 511 for current conditions.
