SGMC Health Hosts 4th Annual Glow on the Green Golf Tournament to Support Men’s Health

Participant in the 2024 Glow on the Green golf tournament takes part in the Bullseye Challenge.

SGMC Health is excited to announce the return of its highly anticipated signature fundraising event, the 4th Annual Glow on the Green Golf Tournament, set for Friday, March 7, 2025, at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club. This unique event combines the thrill of night golf with an important goal: raising awareness for men's health. Registration is open for interested individuals or team

Golfers are invited to join this unforgettable 18-hole, 4-person scramble tournament. The event kicks off with nine holes played before sunset, followed by dinner at The Oaks. As the sun sets, the course will transform for nine more holes of glow-in-the-dark golf, providing a fun and engaging reminder for men to prioritize their health. The evening will also feature the popular Bullseye Challenge, a glowing target practice game. Following the tournament, awards will be given for 1st and 2nd place finishes, as well as the Bullseye Challenge Winner.

Hilary Gibbs, SGMC Health Vice President of Support Services and Chief Development Officer, emphasizes the importance of this event in promoting men's health awareness. "This event is the perfect mix of fun and purpose," she said. "We're here to remind men that taking care of their health doesn't have to be a chore-it can be something to celebrate! From preventive screenings to regular checkups, we're here to help men stay on top of their health at every stage of life."

Check-in begins at 3 PM, with the tournament teeing off at 4 PM. Registration is priced at $200 per person or $800 per team, which includes the Glow Golf Experience, green fees, dinner, two drink tickets, and a special tee gift. Those that register before February 7 can take advantage of special pricing as a Glow sponsor.

All proceeds from the event will support SGMC Health's educational outreach programs and screenings through the Pearlman Cancer Center, helping to improve men's health across the community.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals and businesses interested in supporting this important cause.
