Anchorage (July 20, 2026) - Nineteen former student-athletes, a longtime supporter and a special era in University of Alaska Anchorage hockey will comprise the inductees for the 2027 class of the Seawolf Hall of Fame, announced Monday by UAA Director of Athletics Michael Bazemore.
As a group, the pending inductees combined for eight NCAA individual titles, 61 All-America awards, 24 conference team titles, 44 conference individual titles and 23 national top-10 team finishes. Each of the Seawolves' sports will be represented in next summer's festivities, while the 1989-90, 1990-91 and 1991-92 hockey squads will become the first to be inducted in the team category since the Seawolf Hall of Fame was founded in 2001.
"I'd like to thank the Seawolf Hall of Fame committee for its diligent efforts to ensure that we continue to celebrate the competitive excellence throughout our department, institution, and broader community," Bazemore said. "The breadth and depth of this year's class is truly aspirational for our current student-athletes."
The Class of '27 will be inducted next July in conjunction with the inaugural UAA student-athlete reunion in Anchorage.
