Two new free health coaching programs available as part of My Wellness program

Two new free wellness coaching programs are now available to Marquette employees and their spouses as part of the My Wellness program.

The first is the UMind program, an offering focused on mental clarity and brain health. This program helps individuals explore how daily habits around sleep, nutrition, movement and stress management influence focus, memory, mood and overall brain function. Through participation, individuals will develop sustainable lifestyle strategies that nourish mental clarity.

The UFlourish coaching program is centered on personal development in the areas that are important to them. The offering provides participants with the opportunity to increase self-awareness and resilience while creating greater balance in their personal and professional lives.

These join the growing list of free, one-on-one, confidential health and wellness coaching offerings that are available to all Marquette employees and their spouses as part of the My Wellness program. All the current wellness coaching offerings can be found on the Health Coaching page.

Participants can earn 25 My Wellness points for completing each coaching program, up to a maximum of 100 points. This is in addition to the other benefits of meeting with a wellness coach, including providing free personalized support for chronic physical and mental health conditions and the potential to lower healthcare expenses for these conditions.

Employees and their spouses can sign up for this and other health coaching programs by:
